Dr. Alice Prince is a proud mother, wife, and dedicated family woman with three adult children and two precious dogs. She is an active member of the newly formed St. Josephine Bakhita Parish in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA. As a proud member of the US Lay Marists of Champagnat, Dr. Prince credits this affiliation for reigniting her passion for deepening her faith and fostering community building within the Catholic tradition. She loves being a Marist.
Dr. Prince is also a guest writer for the Black Catholic Messenger, where she shares insights and reflections on faith and community. Holding a doctorate in Education, she is the founder of Catholic and Diverse, an organization that helps Catholic schools meet the spiritual needs of their evolving populations.
